Indonesian military aircraft jet??

Several years ago, some of Indonesia's aerospace industry, such as PTDI, PT BAEC and so on, want to build Indonesia's home made aircraft fighter jet for Indonesian Air Force. But no further report on the progress.

But recently, an open source blog unveils new design of an aircraft fighter jet with TNI AU marking. The question arise: is this the "the blue print" of the aircraft??

Srikandi, or Shikandi in english, she is one of the character in Indian and Indonesian epic Mahabharata, although there are differences in story between both but SHE or HE is a great Warrior in War of Bharatayuddha and responsible as a "Senapati" or General of the Army, leading army of Pandawa (Good) against Korawa (Evil), probably she is comparable with Xena The Warrior princess in War Record while in Life she could somewhat be described in the same way as Chinese Kwan Im or Guan Ying.

In dimension, she would be as big as F-16C/D fighting falcon or Iranian Shafaq, the trainer version would be powered by the R-13-300 engine, a same engine used to power MiG-21 Aircraft with total afterburning thrust of 14.520 Lbf (6600 Kgf).

While the Combat version would use RD-133 an engine used to power latest variants of MiG 29 with total afterburning thrust of 19.800 Lbf (9000 Kgf).

This training aircraft equipped with latest Fly By Optics system, replacing electrical wires with Optic fiber, improves efficiency and simplify maintenance as well as more resistan in effect of Electromagnetic pulse based weapon.
